Have had good experiences with the Kilsyth pick-a-part... (50 fussell st Kilsyth VIC). It's north eastern melb... Not a bad drive. Just off the canterbury road.

The prices are the self serve center road wreckers (1602 center road springvale) don't seem to bad, it's on the east side of melb.

pick n pay in ringwood have loads of commos there and always changing, but its a DIY thing and if you dont like laying in mud to get the part you want then try justcom in airportwest

if you dont mind DIY then (as mentioned) jolly's in dandy are the best. failing that there is pick-a-part.

you are always gonna pay more at a wrecker who actually remove the parts and offer limited warranty. thats why pick-a-prt and jolly's are so cheap. they dont have to cover shit and they dont have to lift a finger to help u

I usually go to pinch-a-part as fonzie has said above. easily have spent hundreds there lol. just today I got a coil pack + DFI module for $40 with 30 days warrenty. they usually give you a discount when you buy a heap of parts too.

good stuff as in what? like rarity stuff from calais.etc? then wont find much of that there. as soon as something hot comes along its usually stripped out quicker than a stolen car in a bad neighborhood.

Commodore Frenzy Factory in Boronia had some goodies last time I was there, and all on shelf already.

    Not exactly.

All the good cars, Stato.. Calais .. Etc.. Are all stripped by the owners for their own reasons, or for high demand/popularity they're taken off an put inside/in camera view to stop Theives.

ive rung them a couple of times to source out some parts for my VT without any luck. things i know i would definately get in melb are hard to get in the geelong area

i guess thats one of the trade off's moving from melb to geelong
