just got a spoiler for my vr, atm its a white vr SS spoiler.
As you can see my vr is very dark purple (dont know the exact colour)
any advice or suggestions on how to paint her up?
Also suggestions for colour, could make it match the interior and wipers (metallic cyan) or make it match the car body).
Anyone else painted one before?
paint it the same colour as the car. otherwise it will look shit and ricer. get your paint code and go to autobahn to get a can mixed up. also buy a can of enamel clear coat. its not hard to paint a spoiler when its not on the car. make sure u sand back the orange peel both before and after you apply the clear coat. Look up a tutorial on the net aswell so you know exactly what to do.
save time and money and leave the spoiler off![]()
If its got Wheels or Boobs its gonna cost ya money
i dont get why everyones against ricer stuff. seriously was listening to two guys at autobahn today laughing at a guy for having a spoiler on his brand new VE and tryna convince him to take it off 'to be a man'.
Guys looked like those kids i have at footy games i umpire who seem to think they know how their kids should be playing the game.
Its a matter of opinions, i reckon spoilers on some cars look good, and that anything that has hyundai or subaru on it sucks, and hatchback is a horrible word.
Anywho... might leave it stock, if i put it on there with an alto colour im more likely to be pulled over by cops, if it looks more stock might be the way to go. Was just thinking of having the spoiler and down the track getting a sport kit that are a differant colour from the body.. but it might look crap like that
I like spoilers. i reckon you should put it on. im just saying make sure its the same colour as the car otherwise it will look really cheap n tacky. and guys at autobahn r cum guzzlers, i wouldnt listen to a word they say. if i had a brand new ve ss i wouldnt be taking the spoiler off.
hey bud its your choicebut if never had a spoiler to start with i woulnt bother ?????excalibers right there>>>
