short carpets ve omega

hey there i have a 3/2007 ve omega and the carpet is cut short on the left hand side front foot well and rear foot well every time someone gets in back of the car the carpet pulls out been back to holden and they dont want to replace the carpet has anyone had same problem.

theres actually a techline on them. they leak water into the front footwells and the carpet shrinks. the rework you have to remove ALL trim, shoot expanding foam into al gaps in the floor pan, seal the seem between firewall and cowl panel and refit new carpet. its a big job, probably why they dont want to do it
