Worst week, ever!

Ok for starters, VK CALAIS - gets defected for the 19inch vy sigs, 3 days ago. (after purchasing them brand spankin new and having them on their for 3 days lol). So i register my motorbike, a CBR600F4i 2002, and advertise it for sale aswell, as I want to buy a ski boat. Riding home from University, through upper sturt. Get done speeding (Yes my own fault, but It used to be an 80 Zone until recent). 83 in a 60 Zone. Cop on the bike pulled me over. (Im riding a bike a bit too big for my compacity) again my own fault. So now I literally got ass raped by the cop, and have a $430 fine, and 3 demerit points lost, and breach of P's. Im on P2's for my car. And i've lost 3 Demerit points already, I have no hope getting to university.

And again, probably all preventable, But still, just bad luck or what? all in one week.

Anyone know what will happen with my licence with a total of 6 Demerit points lost? Court? and What to say? Will I go back to my P's?

you know they say things happen in threes . if you end up in court just explain your circumstances to them (university etc.) and how you need your licence to live. call this number 1300 366 424
its legal advice and ask them what they think. i got done for a few things, pretty bad, and the judge at the mount barker courts was a chiller only gave me 2 days d/q with $100 fine cause i told him i need my job to live.

i have noticed, since i put my vl calais in my name (being a girl) i have never been pulled over. ive been tailed numerous times. even with a tail light out (bloody vls!) and u can hardly see my p plate through the tint, and if i have a full car its so low it scrapes everywhere i still dont get pulled over! a cop in an unmarked ve was following me, pulled up behind me and stopped next to me, looked in the car and then kept driving.
where as, one of the first times i drove into melb i got pulled over and it was still in the guys name whome i bought it off. i feel sorry for you guys! girls hoon too

Shit yeah, I learnt from it, the officer let me off on riding a bike out of class. So i keep my bike licence and im back onto P'1s for 2.5 yrs.

Oh and the SIGS on the vk.. Lets say that new law rocks. And i got the defect cleared, without taking them off. And the popo know about my car now, so I won't get touched.. but another thing to add...

My head gasket went on the vk the other day, lucky waranty is covering it, but far out.. bad luck or what..

i think you get regressed on both licenses, its pretty hardcore, remember after i'd been to court to keep my license, magistrate didnt know anything about the new regression laws, he drove his bike there on p's, to be told he was now on L's for his motorbike (all of the people in my court case, yes there were about 40 of us) were there for class C license disqualification appeals to my knowledge.

Would not surprise me if they do you for both (unless this guy had been pinged on both or something i dunno)

that sucks mate, but you are in the wrong lol but you reckonised this so atleast thats not to bad, should teach you a lesson though. but the blown head gasket well maybe that was karma or bad luck

bit of a revive, but I never lost my licence, and I progressed onto my full licence for bike and car.. worked out quite lucky!
