    Lightbulb Calais Delema. HELP!

Ok, i am getting a loan to buy a car, im not sure what car to get!
Originally it was going to be a vx calais supercharged, now possible a vy calais supercharged or a vy s pack supercharged. but i dont really like vy calais front ends. so i figured, if im stretching for a vy, why not wait that little bit longer for a vz calais. I LOVE THEM!!!. what do you guys think i should do? supercharged or not? i would probably go the vx calais over the vy, am i crazy? help me

Calais has more gadgets to play with than an s pack.
The super6 would be alot easier to get more power out of being that the l67 motor has been around alot longer than an alloytec 190 in the vz.

Im not very sure on fuel consumption between these different models.
Insurance will likely be abit more for a supercharged engine.
I do find the vz the best looking aswell but the taillights on the vx are pretty sweet too.
Good luck with whatever you decide on!

Because I'm a p plater! And if I did get a vz calais I would keep it for a few years and be off my ps so I was wondering what mods. I think I will get the vx calais supercharged if my exemption comes through because I can do a lot to that engine and keep it for a while after I get off my ps and then get a v8

If you can afford it, a VY or VZ calais is the go. my mate has a VY calais, cream leather interior. looks amazing, and with a 4.2L stroker kit, exhaust intake tune etc & it keeps up with my VZ ute.
although the argument for the VZ calais is they will hold their value for longer, as many people claim it to be the best car holden has ever made. But up to you =) i'd go VZ coz in the next few years there could be a lot of upgrades coming out for the little alloytec

The VYII Calais is the pick if you are goin the VY series much better then the VY series 1 calais. The VYII has body kit and 17" wheels and holden made it more of a sporty luxury from then on. But the VZ is the pick for me COZ I HAVE ONE!! ahahaha although not much support for the alloytec but a very nice car!! But if you get a VX get a series II looks much better and do some serious engine mods!! haha anywayz goodluck!! all nice cars anyways!!

Thanx guys.... yeah VZ's are very sexy. still confuzzled as hell tho!
i suppose its how long im willing to save for on top of my loan to get a vz..
i could get one with high kms. but i want to keep it for around 2-3 years at least and drive it to work and back everyday. or il just continue to take public transport. arghh.
i got told by a drugie that i have nice eyelashes, he then continued to tell me he got stonned off heroine and his 'mate' stabbed him in the eye with a razor blade..
    i want capsicum spray LOL!!

    yeah true that...
GAHHHHH THIS IS HELL! i cant decide!
considering im only 19 and dont have a very big pay check, i might settle for a vx calais.
the exemption will be the decider tho i rekn, if i get it, il look into the supercharged vx-vy calais and if i dont, the vz calais. but they have the same power, well the vz more. wats the go with that? can i drive it on my p's? i rekn everyone should be innocent until proven guilty.
spose everyone tampers with the pulleys on the supercharged babies tho haha.
