wrong section buddy, and can you be a bit more specific? ie, won't turn over, won't fire... got spark? is it in gear? tried jump starting it? what kind of car is it?
extra exhaust pipe ? oooooooook using a grinder on a car in normal circumstance will do nothing to its running unless you decide to use it to trim the harness lol and a vr carby i have to see that

wont start as in wont fire, or won't start as in won't turn over. what sort of car is it? anything else you did at the same time?
edit: haha it doesnt take long for the responses to pile up ^^^what they all said
not the vr, sory i should of said that at the start, its an old 4x4 i have that i use as a runabout, it turns over but doesnt kick over, ive tried checking for spark but i could only find an old plug and i dont know if it works eather, ill try swapping the coil over and trying it
just use one of the plugs from the engine to test it

If that's the extra exhaust pipe you cut then you just chopped the electrics to your starter motor. Break out the grinder and try again.

^^^ doubt it's the same as that nice little donk. Who knows what he might have cut....
another good thing would be the engine type and the type of 4wd

i checked for sprk straight off the coil and nothing, but my battery is almost completly flat and as ive searched more other sites have said that a flat battery wont help much eather because the starter will suck all the power possable
