RIMS/MAGS legal sizing? illegal sizing?

queensland registered car, what is maximum legal size of rims i can attatch to my 2004 series 2 vy exec?
i wouldnt have a clue - currently looking at some 19s but was told tonight above 18 is illegal? unsure please help

The rim diameter may be varied from the standard size
but the overall diameter of the tyre must not vary by
more than +15mm or -26mm.

theres more on tyres and fitment and such, but the basic diameter sizing is as above.
