Cutting vt wagon springs????????????!!!!!

im trying to cut my wagons springs but the only problem is its on a angle
and the back springs dont have a pocket to sit in it just gos real thing and curls on the bottom small how do i cut them? cause some cars have pockets but its weird that the wagon dont anyone got ideas? and im not buying new ones cause the king springs are low but not that low how i want it
