car alarm

hey

ok well heres what im looking for once i got my power windows.

is it possible to have a alarm/immobiliser with:

it puts up all the windows when you lock it (saw it on a skyline so i know it can be done)
does all the alarm stuff
leaves the lights on at the front for a minute when its locked so i can see the stairs at night
and turns the lights on for a minute when unlocked same reason above
