you can get larger calipers but your better off doing a complete package from calipers to rotors to even maybe master cylinder..
the biggest part in braking is getting rid of the heat.. when the brakes get hot the friction is reduced lowering the brakes effect
cheap equals Flinstones - one foot out the door lol
If ya go slotted rotors there actually not that dear. Or just save for cross drilled. I managed to grab some and there pretty decent
less accelerator might be an option?
how old is the car?
ignore that
hsv ve 4 piston calipers and slotted rotors ap racing - eBay, Other Car Parts, Accessories, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 29-Oct-09 05:00:08 AEDST) sumthing like that maybe, you would be able to get it cheaper from the usa
Your Caprice probably weighs at least 500kg
more than a Honda Accord.
It is also a luxo barge never designed to
stop like a race car.
You must therefore alter your driving style to
suite. That my friend is the cheapest and best
advice I can give you.
I'm not afraid.

ceramic would cause more wear and tear on the disc , more stopping power but smaller lifespan. you can buy hardened brake discs to compliment the ceramics, im running harderned vt front discs and after 2 years or so of wear its hardly worn down
Caprice SS???
disregard that haha just read where your from
I dont mean to sound rude, but you own a $72,000 car and you dont want to spend money on the brakes.
Why?
Maybe $72,000 here but he is not from here.
haha thanks zuicider
