Painting A Commo Paint Prices

Hi All,
I am Currently Painting my VR SS and tried to find prices on the net to know what sort of $$$ i would be looking at to paint.

But after googling could not find a good idea of what i would pay so here is what i paid

I strongly advise you to go to a smash repair mob as they mix there own paint not resell.

From a paint shop i was quoted the following:

2-Pak
4L color $465.65 (cobra paints)
5L thinners $107.42
5L Clear $312.96 (one of the better clears according to the guy i spoke to)
3L Hardener $237.84

These are the cheaper prices he quoted as well:
4L Clear $102.42 Guess you would need 2 tins
2L Hardener $88.68
2L Thinners $43.47 and again would need 2 tins


From my Local Crash Supplier i was quoted:
2-Pak
4L Color $231.70
5L Clear $246.95
2.5L Hardener $95.43
5L Thinners $52.00
4L Prepsol $26.00
Tackrags $1.20ea

**You will need to prime and fill little dints and sand alot before you go out and buy color this is no small job and the prep needs to be immac or your paint will look shit**

I paid about $400 for my primer hardener sand paper and filler
