16" Chasers/Stockies

I have searched around, and to no avail, i have shun no light upon this topic.
There was a VL for sale on carsales a little while ago, which i happened to drive past frequently, which had 16" stockies w/ centre caps.
The same as issued on the new cop cars and all that.
I havn't seen any sets for sale, anyone know of a place you can buy them from?
