    Default Getting Tyres Quickly

I need to get a new set of tyres and would prefer to get them before I go away this weekend. It's about a four hour drive I'm going on.

Do many tyre places allow me to just turn up and get them done on the spot? I don't have time to stuff around with 'booking in'. Places I'm looking at so far are K-Mart Tyre & Auto and Bridgestone preferrably as my car's lease company has special arrangements. Are those places fairly flexible and efficient?

I'm hoping to get this done tomorrow morning as I have to work at 3pm, then 7am the next morning while the car is in for its next scheduled service.

If they are not busy at the time, and have some tyres that are your size in stock, then they should do it right away

Should be easy, drove into a Kmart tyre place for 2tyres for the missus car and they were done more or less straight away.Might depend on the tyre though, hers were just 215/60/16s.Pretty common tyre these days.

When i was shopping around for tyres, K-Mart Tyre & Auto managed to get a specific tyre in a specific size (Bridgestone RE001 225/55R16, not exactly terribly common) within 1 hour of phoning them and 1 hour after that i was driving home with them on my car. They were also the cheapest.

No need. It's a lease car through work therefore I can only have a basics and I'm not paying.
