I had a mate that went home pissed after a party in his VT SS and going from 4th to 3rd he skipped and went to 1st and put a piston or two through the head and cracked the block or something. Being 18 mummy and daddy weren't to happy when they got the call at 3am haha.

compression lock it, prob not break anything but wouldnt like it, i dont know about 5 speed ratios but the t56 is only good for about 80km in first on the rev limiter
