Hi All

After years of being told I need to grow up and get rid of my bike, I finally did.

I am now after something with 4 wheels that will give me the same stupid smile on my face as did my bike (or at least close to it).

Also, i have just started a new business, so not looking at spending big bucks - like I said, just spendin big bucks on the business. I thought about getting a track car... then thought maybe I could have the best of both worlds.

I thought that I could get a high performace car pimped up with my company logo's on it, and make it look like a V8 Supercar.... but remember I love acceleration and want to take the car on track days etc.

My question is this, how easy is it to purchase an older Commodore, get some bodykit fitted, some engine mods and then have it pimped out with my company logo's to justifythe whole thing in my head :-)!!!

Questions I have about this:
- what is the oldest i should consider?
- what engine is best for adding some mods?
- what max kilometers should i entertain?
- who in WA could I chat to about this project?
- how does this compare to just buying a new R8 or such?
