    Default sidi injection?

    hey,
    Ive heard about SIDI injection, and found out it can offer an improvement in torque and fuel efficiency over port fuel injection, but i just cant seem to find out what the difference is? It says that SIDI injection has the injector straying directly into the cylinder, but isnt this what port fuel ijection does anyway? Can somebody please explain the difference
