The other day I renewed the O ring on the commy trans speedo cable trans and put it back in.As I got to 60-80ks the speedo neddle was jumping around so I took it back out (no drama) 7/16 ringy and I spun the cable a bit and found that I had to push it up further into the speedo just a couple of mil and hey presto smooth speedo again.
