chrome rust wheels help

Well i bought sum dragways the other day. the chrome has rust coming through. from what i can figure that even if i was able to rub back the rust out of the chrome, that it will return just as quickly.

say to get the outside rechromed would i just send them to the chrome plater as it or do i have to get them preped first? cheers

Rust will come back,wheels will be two piece and you could get the outer rim rechromed.There is no need to prep the rim.
