Cluster Reprogram (Tech 2)

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone here is able to reprogram a VX cluster for me? Its brand new (0kms) and just needs the kms set, police mode enabled and anything else required? (maybe diff ratio as its 3.91:1).

holden can change the KM's for you if its currently <100km, and also do the rest of the programming.
