Does anyone know where to buy replacement gaskets for the Kilkenny V6 Rocker Covers?

A quick Google search tells me that Australian Auto Accessories sell the rocker covers so I'd say your best bet would be sending them an email.

i have the rocker covers on mine and had to replace a gasket one day and i got them from auto1
