    Default Cleaning coolant overflow bottle

    Afternoon ladies and gents. Picked up a coolant overflow bottle today from the wreckers, like all wreckers overflows they are a bit murky on the inside..

    Whats the best way to clean them out?

    fill it up with either coolant / water, and shake the living S**T outta it

    Really hot water & a baby bottle brush.. rinse with hot water a few times, scrub, rinse.. repeat till clean??

    Found a way to clean it up a fair amount. Firstly tried shaking Degreaser around then opening the garden hose on to it, ddn't do much, then dried dishwashing liquid, not a lot happened there. My brother gave me some industrial strength degreaser, shook it around, let it sit.. this is the end result:
