    Default Headers Query

    Hey Guys,

i have a pretty stock 02 VX SS other than a cat back exhaust, i am looking into putting some extractors and hi flow cats.
At the moment i am shopping around and i cam accross the below link on ebay as far as i can see they seem to be good but no 100% sure.

I was wodering if you guys could take a look and tell me if you think it is a good buy or i should not bother and stick to getting pacemakers or something

LS1 LS2 HSV Holden VT VX VY VZ V8 Extractors Headers SS - eBay Full Systems, Exhausts, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 10-Dec-09 07:10:32 AEDST)

    cheers,

    Hyper

never heard of maxiflow headers. google it and see what comes up. I use pacemaker 1 5/8 inch tri-ys but anything that's 4 into 1 and 1 3/4 inch would be ideal.

Made in China. Up to you really.

I can do Hurricane 4-1's in mild steel though for $698.

Hi flow steel cats I can do for $195 each.

    guys,

is there much difference in power etc if i was just to get extractors put on and just leave the factory cats on there as oposed to putting on hi flow cats, i have heard mixed reactions about it and if i can get away with leaving the factory ones on there i will

    thanks,

    Hyper

High flow cats will make a difference to both power and sound. They give more top end and they make it louder and deeper.
