you can buy a 'one man brake bleeder' from supercheap or autobarn
    http://www.autobarn.com.au/products/15/128/1944712/
It costs about $15. Basically a tube with a one way valve in it. Just crack the bleeder screw, slip the tube over and pump the brakes. Then lock the bleeder up once done

Ya can also get a gadget which hooks up to an air compressor. Like a gun with a bottle on the bottom to catch the fluid. Ya don't have to pump the brakes, ya just hook the gadget up to the compressor, hook and hose up to the bleeder valve, then push the trigger and it sucks the fluid through (uses the compressed air to make vacuum). Makes it a hell easy job.

The mechanics had one at my bro's work, they through it out coz it stopped working, so my bro claimed it, cleaned it out (which was all that was wrong), now we use it haha.

yeah the vacuum bleeders are the best method period.
But you need a compressor which not everyone has
