wheel offset

hi, this is probably a pretty common question, so i apologise if its already been answered.

im wanting to put ve ssv 19s on my vy but understand there is a different offset.
i have been told spacers can fix this problem but have also heard theyre illegal.

the ones im looking at are the ones that bolt on like a normal wheel then have 5 seperate studs for the ve wheels to bolt onto.

Yes, spacers are illegal. Offset is the same. Centre Bore is different.

You need to get the centre machined out fit it correctly and it will fit straight on without problems.
