Fixing a broken door handle

Hi all,

I know I can pick up a used VT door handle for like $10 but none of the wreckers I have contacted have one in my colour (G082 Tundra Pearl) and I'd rather not have to paint one! Would anyone have any idea if there is a glue out there strong enough to fix the broken arm on my handle? The attached pic is obviously not my broken handle, just illustrating the bit that has snapped.

I doubt you would be able to get the strength required in a glue.

Yeah I know, though I'm thinking maybe some industrial adhesive might do the trick.

Maybe I could even try gluing a flat piece on either side to add more stiffening and increase the glued surface area....
