    Default About the radiator??

    Well i got a new radiator for my car and got it put it, but i was wondering when i fill it up with water till its pretty much full how come a few days later i need to fill it up again a little bit, not to much but a little bit, and i have to do that every few days, is it meant to do this or what?

    Sounds like a leak somewhere. Check the top hose fitting. Did you bleed it when you filled it in the first place?

    Ah im not sure to be honest because my dad did it, what is it exactly?

    The top radiator hose runs from the top of the radiator into the thermostat housing (on the engine). On The thermostat housing there is a brass screw for bleeding the air out of the system. Check that thi top hose is secure and not leaking, and that your overflow bottle is full.

    Yes, check the overflow bottle. If the bottle is empty, then your cooling system is purging into the bottle when you turn the car off, and sucking air back in when it cools down.

    Um where is that exactly lol?
    Is that the coolant tube?

    The coolant bottle is attached to the drivers side strut tower. Have a look in your car handbook and it will tell you where to check the coolant level.
