    yeah there good mate, there in welshpool...im pretty sure there like the only place here that does it lol

    couple of my mates have used 'em..they reckon they do great work...Antique Tyres - Whitewalls Redlines Whitewall Painting Rims Musscle Cars Hotrods there website has a few prices and stuff
