Free/cheap chemical disposal?

Anyone know of a council or third party organisation that will dispose of liquid hazardous waste for me? Large amounts of cleaning solvents is basically what i'm talking about.

I dont think your council will do that, councils generally only do oil and a few others that can be recycled... Call Siltech, not sure of their cost because we have an account with them, but they get rid of miscellaneous hazardous photo lab chemicals for me. Cleaning chemicals should be no problem. Just give them a call, and it's all legal then
