They are in a B-spec registered car (which doesn't have to comply with ADR's). But this setup is for CAMS Logged cars only.

It depends, if you pull a sharp U-turn in front of them they will know, but in theory, if its a R.B.T or something like, you shouldnt get done for it.

I once had a cop follow me through dandenong. I was shitting bricks on every turn trying to keep the chattering as quiet as possible. Then came a roundabout and I thought this is it. Defect here I come. But out of blind luck the cop had enough of me and went straight ahead

My car has the tightest stock LSD. Chatters on u turns etc. Doubles 100% now that I have lowered the car.

No. There is no "cheapo version" LSD. There is only LSD, mini spool, and fool spool. LSDs allow for the wheels to spin at different rates, whilst also locking them in various situations (I'm sure somebody can expand on how they work and in which situations the wheels lock).

Mini and full spools just lock the diff. They are not the same thing, and there is no way that they will be legal just because LSDs are. The only "cheapo" LSD you will get is a dead LSD. As mentioned, use search, it's been covered heaps.

Yes you can drive it everyday, will it piss you off? it depends...... Do you like to give up abit of comfort for such a massive gain? if no then dont bother BUT remember, if you do then eventually you will forget its there, it will become 2nd nature......

I dont want to get rid of mine but i might be going to an lsd Only because an L plater might be driving my car and im the only person who can give them the hours, The last thing i need is an L plater getting put off because of the noise, rather they pay attention to the road (only reason im going to change to an lsd)

just picked up a new lsd for $500 and a set of 3.5 for $120 so Iam .Balls to the mini spool.
