putting vt supercharger injectors into vr commodore
hi i have a vr commy, v6, extractors, 2 1/2 exaust, just put on twin throttle body's, but it is labouring and reving out too quick, now ive been told to put in restrictors into the air intake or get bigger injectors, now i know nothing about injectors, but ive been doing some research, correct me if im wrong with the below details
now fair enuff there are 8 injectors for the v8 which bumps the total flow to 2000cc (if thats how it is measured ?) and the 6 supercharged injectors flow to 2220cc, so this would mean that the supercharged injectors are better? but will they drop in with my fuel railings ? thanks in advanced guys, here is a pic as well of twin throttle bodys
Vs eco 3.8, extractors, 2.75" exhaust, roller rockers, cammed, bored out 20, t5 manual, rolling on king springs all way round with monroe gt shocks all way round, every door has a ding but looks can be very deceaving
i would also assume that you would get more flow from the supercharged injectors, but u might need a matching ecu to run them correctly, u cant just go bigger and leave std ecu
