    Default Selling a car in Victoria?

    Ive just moved to Melbourne and am selling my VXII Equipe. I was just wondering how it is done here, in SA the registrations papers have a sign over to new owner thing included, but when I got Rego here in Victoria no such thing was given to me, so how do I sign it over?
