Any paint shop would I assume? Most paint places dont say "Oh nah we only do solid colours" unless its like budget paining co or somethhing.

go to any panel shop and ask. Kustom P&P springs to mind but there are a billion others in Perth and at least a dozen real good ones. Price depends on paint used, where you want the line, how much smoothing needs done first, etc etc etc

Your answers for this one will only come from panel shops, so phone around!
