I am intrested to know if any1 has gone to the effort of making their commodore spit flames out of the exhaust?
Also if any1 has what problems if any have they come across?

yeah dont do it as you would be lucky do get a defect for it because its highly illegal to do and i imagine cops would take the car away rather then defect it

There's 1 or 2 little boxes under your car called catalytic converters. They're there for a reason. They reduce the toxicity of exhaust gas and in turn remove a lot of unburnt fuel and lower the flammability level of the carbon monoxide. Old school pre unleaded cars would ignite because they didn't have the cats back then. There are kits out there that use propane but whats your licence worth??

I actually had a guy come in one day about 4 years ago, with a "flame kit" he got from US. Came with spark plug, coil, button, wire, injector, module, and instructions on how to "tap" into the fuel line. I couldn't help but laugh. But no I didn't install it.

I have heard that injecting a small amount of diesel into the end of the exhaust can produce smoke if your after an effect without the flame.
Again, probably not legal

a guy i used to work next to had a vl turbo that blew flames, he had a spark plug in the rear of exhaust and some set up to make it spit fuel. used to blow 1-2 foot flames for about 5sec's. but yes he gota visit from police , on cause was bit of road rage and stopped at lights and burt the car he was pissed off with. lol the clown.

ok if its an older commi(carbied)get it warm rev to 5 ish turn key off pump throttle hold flat before engine stops switch key on.if its injected u need to punch cats out and drill ur pipes to eccept a spark plug and if u want them to be big tap a hole in front of the plug and fit a ceramic spray nozzel from an agriculural spray rig or a nitrous fogger nozzle use a wiper bottle /pump to fuel it tho u onley get a weekend out of it. some freinds are using mower fuel tanks filled with metho for blue /unleaded for yellow /deisel for white smoke and a mate is using lpg thru 4 inch pipes on a vy maloo (kowboy)20 foot fireballs no shit. my vs has melted the back plastic bars but hasent melted the aero bars(glass) yet and in 6 years i havent been defected or questioned about it that being said if u use them in the city or like a dick head u deserve what u get
