    Default Gauge Install

I am looking to do a 3 gauge install in the bottom section of the stereo console of my VS.
Oil Pressure, Oil Temperature and Air/Fuel Mix.

I am pretty inexperienced when it comes to electrics and wiring and all that, so I was wondering if anyone had a 'How To' or pointers. A detailed how to would definately be appreciated

Okay I've never done this but I'll try to help. The oil pressure one is electronic right, not mechanical. If so then you can use a T-piece where the stock oil pressure sensor is on the engine, then attach both sensors, then wire up gauge to it. Going to need a +12V source, use something that only comes on when car is on, radio, or the like. Oil temperature, I believe most people just drill a hole in the side of the sump. As for Air/Fuel mix I believe they won't work as you need broad band O2 sensors, and they don't come stock with them.

    yeah like that bro.

I could probably do the Oil pressure myself, maybe the oil temperature if I was game but the Air fuel one will be a bit of a shitter. Maybe an auto electrician could install for me or would it cost an arm or a leg?

you can get the air/fuel signal wire at the ecu, you just have to splice into the correct wire.
