Default My new ride - VT calais, what you think

Well this isnt a show off thread yet.. but I just got my Calais i've replaced the VR with.

I am ******ing loving her, but she's not really presentable yet... still doing up a lot of stuff before im letting any car porn happen, barely had time to play with her due to work and community commitments but yeah.

Vt calais - only damage few minor scratches and dents, engines stock as a rock.

Replaced side speakers already, putting my kevlars in the front, kevlar splits and tweets in somewhere, amp in the back etc.

Looks like i cant recycle the eurovox amp in the boot even tho i want to and cant seem to find a way to get the steeringwheel audio controls to work withmy jvc head unit and have just spent the last hour taking out the rear CD stacker as thats where my pioneer amp now lives.

Any thoughts or suggestions or questions go for it ill keep updated when i can.

BTW cd stacker is useless to me and I dont know if its worth anything, anyone know its value/want it?

she feels really gutless tho... vr was modded to hell could hit 100 hell fast. i havnt taken the VT above 80 and she takes a while to get there, but feels very smooth.

i could swear she's shifting late, anyone else noticed it on a vt?

Trans might just need a service mate. I know dad's VT Calais is a bit slow sometimes and thats due for a check up.

Sounds like a good car, make sure you post some pictures up for us
