Decent dent repairer and resprayer in Sydney

Hey guys as stated above I am after a decent dent repairer and resprayer in Sydney, I am in the Ryde area. My drivers side rear quarter panel has a few small dents one of which has cracked the paint so I'm looking to get it fixed up before it starts to rust. Can anyone recommend anywhere?

If your not claiming it on insurance, I'll tell you now, dont go to a flashy Big Front panel shop with insurance company logos all over it. For a small, non insurance job, find a small shop with a couple of older guys working in it. The reason being is the big shops concentrate on Insurance jobs, they can get 10 to 20 a week done and they usually have a high turnover of young guys (not that young guys are all bad).

Dont worry about a couple of weeks and rust till you can find the right place, but if you are, chip the cracked paint off and spray it yourself. The whole quarter panel will need to be striped/sanded and painted anyway
