    Default i <3 Ultratune

So recently i've been hearing this creaking sound coming from the rear of my VT whenever i go over bumps or into dips. I had it checked out at ABS and they told me it was my shockers and i needed new ones ($250 rear, $420 front)... I got a second opinion at another place, Aussie Discount somethin-a-rather on Port Rd - they said it was my bushes and quoted me $900 to replace all of them, fk that.

Now today, while i was getting my transmission serviced at Ultratune i mentioned the noise to the nice bloke and he said he'll check it out. I just came from picking up my car, not only does my gearbox now run sweet and smooth... to my surprise he said that he fixed my noise as well

Turns out it was loose lower control arm bolts, just like he said.. the sound is now gone and it cost me nothing. To top it all off, it started raining and he noticed my wiper blades were fked and gave me a new set for free

I love mechanics like that, they are the ones you will always go back to because they obviously care about the customers they serve.
