Default T56 in VR clutch issues

    hey all
I got a VR commodore with a Gen 3 and T56 out of a VY, and im having a few issues with the clutch. The clutch is on the way out as there wasnt a huge amount of material left on it when i put it back in but decided to leave as they are expensive.

Basically my main issue is that it is often difficult to change into gears from neutral while the car is stationary (especially reverse), pressing the pedal all the way to the floor helps a tiny bit but is is still an unsatisfactory situation.

    Any help/advice is greatly appreciated
    thanks

The stock VY T56 clutch pressure plate is a self adjusting type & often gives people trouble once the clutch plate itself is worn down. Stories of people being stuck on the side of the road unable to get gears is very common. Usually fixed by a replacement NON self adjusting clutch pressure plate & a new clutch friction plate. I see these kits selling on ebay & other place for as low as $750 with a new flywheel.

    Cheers
