VY into VS???

I have been made a pretty good offer but not sure if it will work... I have a 99 model VS ute with a tired ecotec motor and a wrecker has offered to fit a VY motor at a good price but I don't know if it will go in without any dramas, any ideas???

Same engine, so yes it wll go in. Just a couple of sensors that are different. As long as you retain all the VS sensors and the PCM it won't be a drama.
