Does anyone else have problems with poor customer service from the local companies.
Sent my Race eliminator convertor back for a stall change, the Company told me 2 - 3 days turn around from when they got it. So I packed it up and sent it too them and they opend the box on the 5 Aug.
Rang them on 9 aug too see how it was going and they hadnt even looked at it. They said maybe 12 aug will be finished. Ran em on the 12 and still not done, getting shitty now.
Rang them today (16 Aug ) and Caroline said they where busy and havent had a chance too look at it so I asked will it be done this week. The rude ignorant lady told me no because they where busy so i told her to shove it and send it back to me.
I paid 1000 dollars for this convertor and thought that at least you would get some customer service, but boy was I wrong.
So you guys, if you want a convertor go to someone else, from now on I am going to use TCE in Melbourne and not the other well know company in Melbourne who provides shit service.

at the moment, every time my family buy something Aussie made, it ****s up. Theres the heater, which costs close $1000, and the thermostat doesnt work - its the third one they've given us.
And the sofas - 1 8 seater (wraps around the room), and 4 one seaters, all wrong. These were from Simply Sofas (do NOT shop there) and since we bought them we have not had any answers from anyone, except someone offering to give us free cushions.
I try to do the right thing by buying Aussie made, but sometimes I wonder if its worth it. And I pity my parent spending thousands on things that dont work/are the wrong product!
