Removing wite walls?

Hey hey,
Looking at buying some second hand wheels, the rear tyres are new, so only the front wheels now have whitewalls which doesnt look great. Is there a way to remove white walls so the tyres are back to black?

Swap tyre/rim over to the opposite side - putting the white wall on the inside of the rims.
Or alternatively, a can of matt black
