What is EVERYTHING I can do to increase the power of my VL without making it turbo?

Example:

Full Exhaust system
Nistune ECU chip
Lightweight rims
Cold air induction
Comp cams
Forged pistons


Does ECU chip make a big power difference?

Put an RB25 twin cam head on it. High compression pistons to suit the head.Lighten all the internals of the engine like rods crank and pistons, then balance it.

Oh... For P Plates as well, You cant have anything that needs an engineering slip without having to get an exemption, an exemption similar to Forced Induction or V8

get a better car vn-v6 will chop yo ass, and seriously, when you hit your full license, your going to regret upping the compression and camming your rb, petrol will kill you, and boost will kill it
