Tinting

Hey Guys,
Gonna give tinting my windows a shot myself, with some ebay tint.
Really cant decide whether to go legal or darker though. I want it pretty dark, but not too sure of the repercussions and how often people actually get picked up for it. Im looking at going 15%, people who have this or darker, do you get picked up often for it? Have you ever got pulled over and police not really noticed it?
Also some pics of people with 15% or 35% would be great.

Basically, people will either say "I have never been looked at by a cop" and others will say that they were quickly and had to get it removed.
And the next thing people will input is, if you want to risk it then do it, but don't base it off what people say. Different suburbs, different cops, different cars.

In regards to you wanting pics, my wrxy had 10% tint on it (which i was never defected for for the 2 years I had it which I got pulled up many times in)
Edit: It was VERY dark tint. After about 5pm you had no hope of seeing through it and reversing or looking out the sides at night required rollin the window down and sticking your head out. lol

I have also just purchased some 15% tint that I plan on giving it a shot doing it myself on my SS, time will tell how I go. LOL

have fun,i just tinted my windows with 15%,it didnt come out like at a shop but im happy with it. a few bubbles here and there but nothing noticable unless your up close. i stuffed the rear window so thats being done at a shop tomorrow for $60

Yeah I only plan on doing the sides myself. lol. Will pay for the rear to be done same as you.
