price of Vx bonnet and front bumper respray

as the title suggests im very interested in how much a bonnet and front bumper respray should cost on a black vx

1k 1,200? maybe ill just get some touchup paint and do it in 5 layers over all the stone chips and do what a detailer told me once wrap some very light sand paper around an icy pole stick and rub the parts with the touchup paint till it looks blended then polish the buggery out of all the areas?

Probably under $1000 as long as theres no dents or damage. I assume its just to get rid of stone chips?
