Quite the opposite with me. I found Just Cars to be quite good with claims, of course both I wasn't at fault, which may mean something. But otherwise, I called them up at accident site, I had towwie 10minutes late, car stayed overnight at tow yard because of late time, sent to very good panel shop, and I didn't have to do anything, they did it all.
Only thing I don't like about them is the lack of rental car, and they only operate at 9-5. On the positive side, all the operators I have called have been great (and all speak perfect English), plus some seem quite knowledgeable in cars (most were probably in thier 20's), I don't get passed around the operators, and I haven't ever had to be on hold for more then 2 minutes. All-round very helpful. Also thier premiums were the best at the time, excesses were a bit high but I was a 18yo male with a modified car, excess was about $1700, but premium was only about $1200. Now I'm 23 and premium is $950 and excess is about $700.
