dodgy vx defogger

when i turn the defog on the front windscreen the passenger side works great but the drivers side is pathetic.
Any ideas how this has happened and how i can fix this?

That's the same with my VY Ute one, such a pain in the ass.

I think it's got to do with the fact the fan is on the passenger side... Holden engineering @ it's fines.

My only advice, crank the fan, heat turned to full and put the AC on. Then once you've you're all de-fogged... turn AC off, set the heater normal and use the setting to get air from outside rather than re-circulate.
