Which cars come with 6.2 L

I had a conversation with a friend who states that his son recently puschased a VZ ex-chase ss that is a 6.2 L . I thought that the 6.2 was only fitted to HSV,s . Am I correct to think that ?

Your friend is wrong, unless it was fitted by someone else, which the police wouldn't do.

the only holden with a 6.2L is the ve hsv the vz came with a 6L near the end of its life and cops dont engine swap (as far as i know) so it would have to be a 5.7L ls1 or a 6L L76

Pretty sure its only Bore size that is different so if you change the block and pistons yes.
Mind you the LS3 uses different style heads as well but it still can be done.
