signature plates in vic anyone know much about em

hey i was looking at getting a signature plate for my car but i dont know if you can use them for normal rego or are they ment for show cars or can you use them for normal cars

they can be if they are purchased from VIC roads, RTA, QLD Transport etc etc. But they cost. In NSW there is an annual fee. Its like $500/year for some custom plates. I heard in VIC that its like a one off payment to purchase the plate and then your normal rego fees after that, not sure if thats true though, the above link would be your best bet.

The gimic plates you can get made up at certain shows are definitely not a legal option, they are for shows only.

you can get hsv upgrade ones... which you just get the black and red + hsv logo...
or you can get hsv 000-999 or was it the other way around
