Philips 4000k Headlights

Hi all, i know this topic has been discussed to the ends of the earth, but im just wondering what colour the parkers that came with the philips 4000k headlights will show, they are blue in globe colour but am just wondering if the will light up as a pure blue or as a white blue (legalities) i want to get rid of the old yellowish parkers and just want to fit these parkers and not have to get white LED's (lazy).

They intened to shine white, however they are more like a 'whiter' yellow. Unless they are the ultra blue parkers, then they will give off a lot of blue
