Vp hard starting cold (and only cold)

hey guys bought a vp commodore 3 weeks ago
spent a bit of money on it but it takes a long time to start basically ill list what ive done to try correct the problem
- new fuel pump
- new fuel filter
- new spark plugs
- clean injectors
ive also done a fair few other things but i dont they should be related to this problem.
any ideas guys?
